How do I invite customers and friends to join our Customer Network?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click Invite Customers.
Enter the email address of those customers and friends you'd like to invite.
Add a personal message (optional) and click submit.
Those who sign-up will automatically be added to your customer network.
How do I invite businesspeople who aren't members of Passbox yet?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
On the left, click Invite Businesses.
Enter the email address of the businesspeople you'd like to invite.
Add a personal message (optional) and click submit.
Those who sign-up will automatically be added to your list of referrals.
How do I change the background color and pattern of my Customer Network?
You must be a premium or featured member to customize your background.
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
On the left, click Background Color.
Click Show Color Choices to display the color palette and select a color.
How do I change our profile image or logo?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager
On the left, click View/Upload a Profile Image/Logo, as the case may be.
From here you can upload a new profile image or logo.
How do I edit or change the contact information for our business?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
On the left, click Contact Info.
Use the form to edit or change your contact information.
How do I change our Password?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
On the left, click Change Password.
Choose a new password, type it again, then click Submit.
How do I activate or deactivate promotion modules on our Customer Network?
Click Promote at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
From here, you may activate or deactivate your promotion modules.
How do I add, edit or delete photos to our slideshow?
Click Promote at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click manage photos to enter the photos area.
On the left, click upload new photo.
Use the Browse button to select a photo from your computer.
Add a Title and Caption for your photo.
Click Save and the photo will be uploaded.
How do I add, edit or delete events?
Click Promote at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click manage events.
Click Create New Event.
Fill out the form and press Save at the bottom.
How do I add, edit or delete blogs?
Click Promote at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click manage blog to enter the blog area.
Click Create New Blog Entry.
Title and write your blog.
Press Save to publish your blog.
How do I add, edit or delete offers?
Click Promote at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click manage offers to enter your offers area.
Click Create New Offer
Fill out the form and press Save at the bottom.
How do I view our Passholders?
Click Passholders at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
How do I view our business referrals?
Click Referrals at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
On the left, click Referrals to Us or Referrals from us.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Click Account at the top of your Customer Network Manager.
Click Edit your membership in the middle of the page.
Follow the instructions to upgrade or downgrade your membership.
